Rates and Extras<\/h2>\n

The prices are in double room per night, breakfast included.
\nHigh Season Period: all religious holidays and national public holidays, from mid-June, July, August, September, October, November, up to the Immaculate Conception weekend.
\nA minimum stay of 2 nights is required during High Season.<\/p>\n

Extra bed rates:<\/strong>
\nSofa bed for children up to 10 years old.: + \u20ac50.00 \/night\/person, breakfast included (Only for Suite 101 & Junior Suite 103)
\nSofa bed for children aged 11 and over: + \u20ac80.00 \/night\/person, breakfast included (Only for Suite 101 & Junior Suite 103)
\n0-3 years: free Baby cot (crib provided upon request)
\nOur rates do not include the tourist tax (\u20ac1.50 \/night\/person) or any additional extras.<\/p>\n

Pets:<\/strong>
\nSmall dog: + \u20ac20.00 \/dog
\nMedium\/large dog: + \u20ac30.00 \/dog
\nThis fee is for the cleaning and final sanitization of the room at check-out.<\/p>\n

Check-in and Check-out<\/h2>\n

Check-in: <\/strong>from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM max.
\nWe kindly ask you to notify us of any delays by calling +39.392.4454416.
\nFor late check-ins after 10:30 PM, an additional fee may be apply.

Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

Dear Guests, please carefully read the booking terms and cancellation policy of Relais PQlin below<\/p>\n

Individual Booking and Cancellation Conditions<\/h2>\n

Booking<\/strong>
\nOnce confirmed, each reservation becomes a contract under current Italian law. It is binding for both the guest making the reservation and the Relais.
\nIt is possible to submit an availability request and wait for our response.
\nFollowing the request, you will receive an (non-binding) offer with booking details.
\nThe reservation is confirmed only after we send written confirmation with the total price of the stay and after the deposit is paid or a credit card is provided as guarantee. The deposit must be paid within 3 days of our confirmation.
\nIf payment is not made within the required time frame, the reservation will be considered void.
\nThe reservation becomes binding for Relais PQlin only upon receipt of a copy of the payment receipt for the deposit via bank transfer, or the credit card details provided as guarantee without withdrawal, or from which we may make a withdrawal with the customer\u2019s authorization.
\nFor deposits via bank transfer: please send a copy of the payment by email to info@relaispqlin.it.
\nBooking confirmation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.
\nWe kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the details in the confirmation and notify us promptly of any discrepancies.
\nThe communication must be received within 4 days from the date of receipt. After this period, we decline any responsibility for possible inaccuracies.
\nUpon arrival, it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person, including minors.<\/p>\n

Booking Modifications<\/strong>
\nTo make changes to the reservation, please contact the reception staff, who will do their best to accommodate your request.
\nHowever, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill the request.
\nIn case of rescheduling to a period with higher rates than the amount originally paid, the guest will be required to pay the difference.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong>
\nThe following are required:<\/p>\n
